A Vancouver Real Estate Agent from Canada with a different perspective: To help enable lives
As Richard Morrison, vancouver real estate agent put it, “I don’t see a point on simply selling real estate in Vancouver Canada for a mere profit potential. I firmly believe that business professionals, and not just in the real estate field, owe a duty to society. This transforms our purpose motive of only profit, to a purpose motive of enabling people through our work. Because we have a huge clientele in the property market in Vancouver, we are able to fund such activities as these. Not only do I love to climb, but I also love children. What better way to help.” This is the kind of attitude that many realtors in the greater vancouver region have taken, including real estate agents from West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Surrey, Langley, Whiter rock, and other surrounding property areas.
The adoptive families that we aided place the children in last year have been the main stakeholders to the kids making some incredible progress.
In a world where busy real estate professionals deal with the pressures of home buyers and sellers, selling everything from vancouver condos, to townhouses, to mansions, realtor Richard Morrison, proud, member and sponsor found the heart to fund our charitable process through 14ers4kids. Not only is this of great instrumental value, but it also places incredible intrinsic value to not only our members and thus motivates other business professionals to follow the same path.
As you can see, BedStuy Gateway.org goes beyond a mere membership of an investment club, we are also devoted to helping the special needs of individuals, therefore also aligning our motives to something greater than ourselves.
Why not become a member today and see just how you can shape your future!
It isn’t every day that we can find true heroes. Today with the help of Vancouver real estate agent Richard Morrison we were able to power many of our own heroes here at base camp to do what we couldn’t for a long while: Sponsor an orphaned climber to fulfil their dream.
The purpose of this project was to help support 12 orphaned children in China through the Half the Sky Foundation. By hiking mountains and aiding orphaned kids, that is what the 14ers4kids is all about. All of these kids are not only orphans but also have special needs that need to be tended, and because of this they have to a tough time becoming adopted.
Through our connections and our club members, we can sometimes find sponsors that allow us to fund organizations such as the 14ers4kids. Richard Morrison, one of our generous donors, and a proud member for a long while has recognized this program at the forefront of his donation efforts.
