    Workshop in Business Opportunity (WIBO) 

    WIBO's mission is to enable small business owners and budding entrepreneurs from under-served communities to obtain financial success.  WIBO has helped businesses start, operate, and maintain success through its myriad of services including its flagship 16-week workshop, “How to Build a Growing Profitable Business.” Other services include:

    NYC Business Solutions helps businesses start, operate, and expand in New York City.  Their services are provided at no cost, regardless of the business’ size or stage.

By bus, the B25, B26, B37, B38, B41, B45, B51, B52, B54, B57, B61, B63, B65, B67 and B75 make stops along Fulton and Livingston Streets.

     

    New York State Small Business Development Center

    The New York State Small Business Development Center delivers free, high quality business counseling and training to New Yorkers who want to start a business or improve the performance of an existing business.  NYSSBDC is committed to helping small businesses:

    • understand the importance of a business plan
    • discover sources of funding
    • prepare for e-commerce
    • identify avenues for exporting goods & services
    • develop marketing plans
    • assess an invention’s viability
    • comply with licensing & regulations
